Welcome to PixelBead – Pixel Art Studio (the “Service”). Please read and understand these Terms before using the Service. By agreeing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. Service description
The operator provides pixel-bead creation, draft and pattern management, account and profile features, membership benefits, community features, and publishing. Available features are those actually provided. We may upgrade, adjust, or temporarily suspend features for operational needs and will provide reasonable notice.
2. Accounts and sign-in
You may register or sign in using supported methods such as WeChat authorization, Sign in with Apple, HUAWEI ID, mobile verification codes, or a guest device identifier. You must provide truthful and lawful information and safeguard your account credentials. Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for losses caused by failure to protect your account.
3. User conduct
You must not publish illegal content; infringe intellectual property, portrait, privacy, reputation, or other rights; distribute violent, obscene, gambling, terrorist, extremist, or otherwise harmful material; reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or damage the Service; or violate public order, accepted standards, or reasonable platform rules. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate service for violations.
4. Content and intellectual property
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in original content you upload or publish, including bead patterns, titles, and descriptions. To provide display, storage, and synchronization, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to what is necessary to provide the Service. The software interface, branding, and copy belong to the operator or relevant rights holders and may not be used without permission.
5. Membership and payments
Some features may be offered through memberships or virtual benefits. Purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase, WeChat Pay, Alipay, or another payment channel are also subject to that platform's rules. Except where otherwise required by law, activated or consumed virtual benefits are generally non-refundable.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party services such as WeChat, Apple, Huawei, or cloud storage, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist recovery. You are responsible for claims or losses caused by your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
7. Changes and termination
We may revise these Terms and publish updates on this page or prominently in the app. Continued use means acceptance of the revised Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may terminate some or all services where permitted by law.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through consultation. If no resolution is reached, either party may bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction where the defendant is domiciled.
