PixelBead – Pixel Art Studio (“we”) values your personal information and privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information and describes your rights. Please read it before using the Service. Continued use means you understand and agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
To provide sign-in, profile display, synchronization, and membership services, we may process information when you use the relevant feature: WeChat OpenID, UnionID, and authorized profile data; an Apple user identifier and any name or email you choose to share; a verified HUAWEI ID identifier; mobile number and verification data; a guest device identifier; profile details and images you provide; device, network, and necessary log data; and creation, draft, published work, community interaction, and order data.
2. How we use information
We use information only as necessary to create and maintain accounts, verify sign-in, display profiles, provide creation and work-management features, process orders and grant benefits, improve the product, perform security and risk reviews, diagnose issues, synchronize platform-specific progress, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information or use it for purposes inconsistent with this Policy without consent.
3. Storage and location
Personal information collected and generated during operations in mainland China is generally stored there. If third-party services such as cloud storage or CDNs involve cross-border transfer, we will comply with applicable law and require appropriate safeguards.
4. Sharing and entrusted processing
We may engage qualified service providers for servers, object storage, analytics, and other technical support and contractually restrict their processing. Where required by law or with your consent, we may disclose necessary information to judicial authorities, regulators, or affiliated entities.
5. Third-party services
Some capabilities depend on third-party platforms or services, including WeChat, Apple, Huawei, Alipay, and the DCloud uni-app x runtime. Related components are invoked only for basic app operation or when you actively use the corresponding sign-in, payment, or push feature. The relevant platform terms and privacy policies also apply.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may access, copy, correct, or delete personal information. You can edit nickname and avatar in the profile page. For account deletion or other requests, use Feedback or contact us, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Protection of minors
If you are a minor, read this Policy with a guardian and obtain consent before using the Service. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors and will delete information collected by mistake as soon as practicable.
8. Information security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The internet is not completely secure, so you should also protect your account and device.
9. Policy updates
We may revise this Policy and publish updates on this page or in the app. Material changes will be announced more prominently. Please review this Policy periodically.
